4 oz. Onion, red, washed, julienne
4 oz. Orange, Navel, Segments
1 oz. Juice, orange, fresh
1 oz. White Balsamic
3/4 oz. Honey

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Foodservice gloves
  • Air tight container

Preparation

Wearing foodservice gloves.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well to evenly distribute. Store in an air tight container and store under refrigeration until ready to use.
