Ingredients

c. Sugar, light brown
tsp. Cardamom, ground
tsp. Cinnamon, ground
tsp. Ginger, ground
tsp. Nutmeg, ground
tbsp. Flour, all-purpose
ea. Orange, zest
tbsp. Lemon Juice, fresh
tbsp. Vanilla Extract

Equipment

  • 1/2 cup measuring
  • 1 teaspoon
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • Foodservice gloves
  • Plastic air tight container

Preparation

Wearing foodservice gloves.

  1. Mix all dry ingredients. 
  2. Zest one orange and add to dry seasonings. 
  3. Add lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix well. 
  4. Place in an airtight container.
