Nutella and Banana Sandwich Prep

Notes

Preheat Panini press to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wearing foodservice gloves.

Ingredients

2 ea. Brioche Bread, sliced
2 tbsp. Nutella
1 ea. Banana, fresh, whole, peeled

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Spoon
  • Cutting board
  • To-go sandwich bag

Preparation

  1. Cut the banana in half lengthwise, then cut in half the other direction, creating 4 pieces.
  2. Spread 1 tbsp. of Nutella on each slice of brioche.
  3. Top with the 4 banana pieces, close the sandwich.
  4. Place the sandwich on a clean, pre-heated Panini press.
  5. Grill for 2 -3 minutes or until golden brown and warm in the center.
  6. Remove from the press, wrap in a 1/2 sheet of parchment and refrigerate until ordered.
