2 lbs. Romaine Lettuce, washed, dried, damaged leaves removed, cut into 1" x 1" pieces
3 lbs. Mesclun Mix, washed, dried, damaged leaves removed
1 lbs. Bibb Lettuce, washed, dried, damaged leaves removed

  • Salad
  • Spinner
  • Air tight container
  • Foodservice gloves

Preparation

Wearing foodservice gloves.

  1. Mix the lettuces to blend.
  2. Place in a container and refrigerate until needed.
