Ingredients

1 ea. Corn Muffin, gluten-free, thawed
1 oz. Canadian Bacon, sliced
1 ea. Egg, large, whole
1 oz. White Cheddar Cheese, sliced

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Foodservice gloves
  • ½ Sheet parchment paper

Preparation

  1. Cook the egg in an oiled 4 inch muffin pan in the pre-heated convection oven resulting in a medium hard egg. Set aside to cool.
  2. Cut the corn muffin in half. 
  3. Place the Canadian Bacon on the muffin bottom, top with the cooked egg, then cheddar cheese
  4. Close the sandwich with the remaining half of bun and wrap in parchment and place under refrigeration until ordered.
