Ingredients

21 oz. Cilantro, fresh, washed, dried, stem on
21 oz. Blended Oil, canola and olive oil
3 ½ oz. Red Wine Vinegar

Equipment

  • Immersion blender
  • Foodservice gloves
  • Gallon pitcher
  • Spatula

Preparation

Wearing foodservice gloves.

  1. Combine all ingredients and, using an immersion blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Store under refrigeration in an air tight container until ready to use.
