3 oz. Apple, Gala, julienne
2 oz. Brussel Sprouts, julienne
1 Tbsp. Herb'n Fresh Herb Mix, sub recipe
2 oz. Ken's Heavy Mayonnaise
½ oz. Apple Cider Vinegar

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Scale
  • Spatula
  • Food service gloves
  • Air tight container

Preparation

Wearing foodservice gloves.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Store under refrigeration in an air tight container until ready to use.
